LEGAL:  The Articles of Organization were filed on October 27, 2005. The Affidavit of Publication was received by the Arizona Corporations Commission, Corporations Division on December 14, 2007. The Federal ID is 20-3906056. The Statutory Agent is David Haney. The registered office is 5041 E Pershing Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. The company is governed by an Operating Agreement. Members can be accepted by executing a Subscription Agreement with acknowledgement of receipt and review of the Private Placement Memorandum and Investment Disclosure Document.
