Billy Mutka submitted the building permit appplication
and detailed construction drawings with the
City of Scottsdale. The city has provided a 1st set of comments and the Architect, Engineers, Consultants have addressed all
of the city's requests, and the revised plans are resubmitted to the city for their review and approval.
The List of Approved Bidders for general contractors, along with
key sub-contractors, are currently providing detailed construction bids for consideration. Once the bidding process is completed,
the job will be awarded to a qualified general contractor.
All partners are sending their respective financial information for the construction loan request package. We
anticipate packaging and processing the construction loan request as soon as possible.
A land loan was provided by M&I Bank, and several investing partners
purchased limited liability membership interest in Arizona First Partners 3 LLC, the
limited liaiblity company formed solely for this Project.
Arizona First Partners 3 LLC was formed and several investing partners
